My wife and I have 9 children and don't get out much, we came to eat at your restaraunt in Sherwood Park, (without the kids). My wife was leary to spend the money, but I convinced her to order the Crab lgs. You said you did not have any crab, (my wife honestly felt like crying, she always has the worst experience at restaraunts) we don't get out ever. She resigned herself to a salad. After a short time the manager came to see if there was anything he could do, the waitress (Elyse) went out of her way to go and purchase crab legs from somewhere else, prepared in the kitchen and served fresh. My wife began to cry tears of gratitude. You have made our year and won our hearts, What you did, we will never forget. Thank-you seems so light a word. Thank-you ..More Reviews
